ZAGG Asia Warranty Policies
This Warranty Policy applies only to ZAGG®, InvisibleShield® and mophie® branded products purchased new in Asia for personal end-user use. It does not apply to products purchased in Oceania, the Americas, EMEA, or any region outside Asia.
Important: This page applies to purchases made in Asia only. Warranty claims for products purchased in Asia must be handled by the original retailer from whom the product was purchased.
Eligibility
This Policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sources that are not subject to ZAGG's quality controls.
- The product must be purchased new within the Regions and Countries listed in this document.
- Products purchased used, second-hand, open-box, or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
ZAGG Asia Warranty Policy
Certain ZAGG, InvisibleShield, and mophie branded products sold in Asia carry a one (1) year, two (2) year, or three (3) year manufacturer's warranty, as identified on the product packaging, enclosed product insert, or other official product documentation.
This Policy covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period, excluding normal wear and tear.
For clarity, products purchased in Asia are not covered by any limited lifetime warranty under this Policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If the original retailer is no longer operating or is unable to process the claim, the customer should contact the applicable local distributor for further guidance. Except to the extent provided otherwise by local law, the following governs the warranty of your product.

Exclusions
This Policy does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality;
- damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, improper installation, or use contrary to product instructions;
- damage caused by unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, or disassembly;
- damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose;
- loss, theft, or disappearance of the product;
- counterfeit products;
- products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers not subject to ZAGG's quality controls; and
- any claim where valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
How to Make a Warranty Claim in Asia
All warranty claims for products purchased in Asia must be submitted to the original retailer or distributor from whom the product was purchased.
The original retailer will manage the claim in accordance with this Policy and any applicable local law.
No product registration is required for products purchased in Asia.
Customers should be prepared to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product if requested.
Customers should not send products directly to ZAGG unless expressly instructed in writing by the retailer, distributor, or ZAGG.

Return Requirement
For products purchased in Asia, change-of-mind returns and non-defect returns are governed by the return policy of the original retailer and any applicable local law. ZAGG does not provide a separate Asia-wide change-of-mind return policy.
Consumer Rights
This Policy gives you specific contractual warranty benefits. These benefits are in addition to, and do not limit or exclude, any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the country where the product was purchased.
Additional Terms
ZAGG, its distributors, and its retailers may refuse a claim where there is a reasonable basis to believe the claim involves fraud, abuse, counterfeit goods, or a product purchased from an unauthorized source.
Any alteration, change, modification, or repair made to the product by a party other than ZAGG may void this Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ZAGG may modify this policy at any time without notice.
If any provision of this Policy is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed severable and the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ZAGG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS. ZAGG’S WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY THIRD-PARTY DEVICES OR THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY CONSUMER. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO ZAGG SOFTWARE OR TO ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE. ANY ALTERATION, CHANGE, MODIFICATION, OR REPAIR (OTHER THAN REPLACEMENT OF A REPLACEABLE COMPONENT) MADE TO THE PRODUCT BY A PARTY OTHER THAN ZAGG OR ZAGG’S AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. ZAGG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF ZAGG’S WARRANTY POLICY CONTAINED HEREIN. ZAGG’S WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZAGG SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE LAW PROHIBITS ZAGG FROM DISCLAIMING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
